• Carry out all small maintenance jobs quickly and efficiently
• Be on hand to provide access when required and make sure that the property is secure at all times
• Offer additional services like arranging insurance, and preparing an inventory at no additional cost and if there are bills to pay, the owner can rest assured that we will take care of them too.
• Supply an information folder for the homeowners so they have all the relevant information at their fingertips
• Make sure the property is prepared ready for their arrival so that they can walk straight in and feel instantly at home, and even arrange to have them collected from the airport and have their hire car delivered to the door
• And should they feel that they need to make some home improvements we have a full team of professionals on hand to give them help and advice and then to carry out the changes for them, from a full renovation to a few new cushions to brighten up their lovely home.
• And of course we will also take care of all their cleaning and laundry needs and oversee the garden and pool maintenance.
