How to book your holiday with Silver Holidays

Booking Procedure

 As we manage and look after the majority of our rental villas and apartments, if you have any questions that are not covered on the property descriptions on our website, then please do not hesitate to ask. Our office is close by so we know the villas and surrounding areas well, and would be happy to help. Likewise, whilst here in resort this also enables us to act promptly to sort out any issues that may arise with your holiday home.

 

Should you be at a stage that you would like to proceed with making a booking, please contact us by email or give us a call on (00351) 289 314 312 so that we can re-confirm the dates required and block them off the reservations systems.  At this stage, we will send you our booking form, rental agreement and passport information form so that you can complete and return them to us to process the reservation.

 

Once we have confirmed the booking we require a 30% deposit within 5 days and the balance will be due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.  You can make payment either via a bank transfer or credit card but please note should you choose to pay by a card there is an additional charge of 35 euros per transaction.
