Laguna Resort is a tourist complex in a private condominium with restricted access to residence. This first floor two bed apartment is located in a lovely private condominium in Vilamoura in the heart of the Algarve and makes up one corner of the Golden Triangle. Tucked away from the main road, this apartment is surrounded by a nature reserve making it very tranquil. It has excellent sun exposure as well as a beautiful pool view and is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach.
The apartment comprises a modern, open plan living and dining area, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with open hatch leading out to the balcony which overlooks the pool. Both bedrooms are en-suite with fitted wardrobes and also leads out onto the balcony.
The whole complex includes 24 units of 1-3 bedroom apartments and 13 townhouses.
The resort is internationally recognized for sophistication, beauty and fun. Probably the most famous feature of Vilamoura is its glamorous marina. Here, 825 yachts are moored in a safe harbor surrounded by a massive entertainment center filled with high-end shops, restaurants and bars. The large pedestrian promenade around the marina is perfect for afternoon walks in the sun, or late evening strolls after dinner. On either side of the marina are the popular beaches of Praia de Vilamoura and Praia da Falésia. Both have beach front restaurants/bars as well as numerous options for water recreation.
