The main Quinta houses a Studio, composed of a living area with kitchenette and stairs up to a one bedroom suite. Also on this side of the house another double bedroom suite, which could be rented out together with the Studio to accommodate a family for instance. In the main Quinta there is still a seventh bedroom suite to rent out. On the first floor of the main Quinta there is a beautiful master bedroom, currently in use by the owners as their private bedroom. On the ground floor there is a large open plan kitchen with dining area, a TV room and a lounge/hall with the stair case to the first floor mezzanine with some office space.
Casa Nova, which is a duplex apartment with a large living room, with dining area and separate kitchen. Upstairs there are two bedroom suites and on the ground level in Casa Nova there is a one bedroom with bathroom ensuite with separate access from the outside.
Casa Velha, which is composed of a living room with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a fabulous terrace overlooking the fields & rolling hills surrounding the enchanting Quinta.

On the grounds there are also horse stables, which have been changed into accommodation. The pool is situated a little away from the house in the old water tank, a lovely spot to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings. Around the house there are various open and covered sitting areas for guests to enjoy.
